Explosion of dead fish numbers in Brome Lake!

Many citizens have reported seeing an unusually high number of dead fish along the Brome Lake shoreline. RBL has just been informed about the situation and is searching for an answer. The town and the ministry of the environment has been advised.

It is possible that a change in the water conditions has brought on this situation and that some form of contamination (toxic spill, etc.?) has taken place, whether industrial, municipal, agricultural or private in nature. As everyone knows, the region received a great deal of rainfall last week.

If anyone is in a position to help us identify the cause or cause of this sudden fish mortality rate, please let us know.
