Renaissance Brome Lake is administered by 11 volunteers who are, above all, 11 professionals who are dedicated, hard working and go about their various tasks with great enthusiasm to improve the quality of the water in the lake and its watershed.

James A. WILKINS – President – (2010-2012)
- President and board chair of RBL since June 20, 2009
- Vice-president of an electrical equipment manufacturing firm
- Involved in several community organizations
- Director and vice-president of the Brome Lake Conservation Association from 1978 to 1982
- Treasurer of Renaissance Brome Lake from 2007 to 2010
Michel DELORME – Vice-president (2010-2012)
- Member of the board since 2010
- A biologist who has worked in the field of zoological gardens since 1979
- Member of Urbanism committee (CCU) of Town of Brome Lake since 2011
- Holds a doctorate in biology from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Pierre BEAUDOIN – Secretary – (2011-2013)
- Consultant in management and training of executives
- Involved in several files with the various watershed organizations
- Member of the Ville de Lac-Brome environment committee since 2006.
Diane DEGRE – Treasurer – (2011-2013)
- Member of Renaissance Brome Lake since 2007
- In addition to producing regular monthly financial reports, works as part of a team in public awareness programs and events about the quality of the lake.
Pierre FORTIER – Board member – (2010-2012 )
- Member of the board of Renaissance Brome Lake since the spring of 2010
- Retired engineer
- Manages the water quality tracking (SQE) files as well as those pertaining to mapping and rainfall metering
- Member of the board of the Lake Davignon drainage basin surveillance committee
Natalie DUZANEC – Board member – (2010-2012)
- Member of the board since June, 2010.
- Civil engineer
- Provides advice and strategies regarding the whole area of ecological drainage and ditching techniques
- Helps with community relations programming.
Richard PROULX – Board member – (2010-2012)
- Member of the board since 2010
- A corporate communications specialist for 30 years
Gary RICHARDS – Board member – (2010-2011)
- President and founder of ACNSS (Association de conservation de la nature de Stukely-Sud), the South Stukely conservation association
- Sits on the board of a community foundation and does volunteer work for many Townships' conservation associations
- Creates information and citizen-awareness programs
- Translates RBL documents into English.
Denis FOURNIER – Board member – (2011-2013)
- Trained as a wildlife management specialist
- University certification in ecology
- Participates in numerous expert committees for rehabilitating threatened wildlife species and the protection of fragile natural areas Expertise in bird, amphibian and fish across Quebec.
Francine DUCLOS- Board member – (2011-2013)
- Member of the board since 2007,
- Family medicine doctor for more than 30 years
- Involved in the scientific issues studied by RBL
- Member of the technical committee
Diane MITCHELL- Board member- (2011-2013)
- Biologist at the Biodôme de Montréal since it opened in 1992, working as an educator
- Among other things, is developing school programs for youth of all ages and creates awareness about the importance of bats in their respective habitats
